Can’t say enough about how nice place is !!! The owner and staff could not be nicer and more hospitable and the service is always excellent . My only complaint is they’ve made it less fun to golf outside 🙂

Woow! Was exactly the feeling I felt during my time at Onyx golf. What a chic, modern, and clean indoor golf facility that uses Trackman and proV1 golf balls. As a former D1 golfer, this place is EXACTLY what I’m looking for to work on my wedge game and dial in my distances without the hassle of driving for hours to find a decent short game facility. They have quality draft beers with comfortable seating area for my gf who doesn’t golf. Will definitely be back!

Very fun, chic interior. There is craft beer and coffee on tap. I had a delicious tumeric latte but looking forward to the matcha and mocha when I return! I can get my golf, karaoke and coffee fix all in one spot. There is also a quiet pod if you need to take a work call in between turns with your friends. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Great place to practice, high end facility, family friendly, kid friendly, all levels. A lot of options to choose from. Jonathan was a great host and really has good attention to detail and customer service. Thank you we had a great time!

A Total package. Been eager to see this place and finally came, never disappointed. Trackman every bay, various bay options depending on your needs, quiet solo practice, golf dating, boys 2:2 match, big family or company party with K-karaoke..all possible, it is one stop shop! The owner has quite a bit of taste, chose best kind of everything (Titleist club fitting, coffee, beer..) and put them all together. Their pricing seems to be on the higher side but actually it’s not. There are multiple top collegiate golfers stay all the time and give one point lessons without additional fee. It is a clever idea to lower the burdensome lesson fee and get you to experience the trackman.

This place is definitely a modern golfers dream. The staff is there to help you but give you space. They use Docent brewery for their beer on taps. The coffee is amazing and their signature coffee drinks are equally as great

This is a serious golfers dream. I wish I had one of their machines and set up in my own home. Space feels open and nice. There are 9 hitting bays total. 6 of them open to walker by and 3 separate rooms for more privacy. One of those room being a VIP room larger enough to fit a small group with a huge open. Space.

The cafe has a full barista bar and a few beers on tap for now. Food selection is limited until it’s real launch date in January.

I can see myself there all the time alone working on my swing or with a few buddies hanging out. I like it a lot.

Wow! What an amazing place in Lake Forest for golfers! Super clean, organized and friendly welcoming service. Great place to hangout, eat and practice the sport I love! Easy parking. Will definitely be back.

This is a state of the art facility that is perfect for all golfers beginners to tour pros. The environment and customer service is amazing and the coffee is amongst the best in Orange County! Will definitely be coming back soon.

Love this place, went with my wife to hit for an hour and stayed for two. Facilities are super nice with lots of bay and room options. Helpful and friendly staff got us up and running and were quick to help with any questions. We had iced coffee and tea from the cafe which was awesome. We’ll be back very soon and plan to rent the corporate VIP suite for a group event.

This facility was so awesome, and I loved the modern interior design! Super clean, cool environment. It is a fun, indoor entertainment spot for sure. They have golf Trackman simulators, a karaoke room, coffee, drinks, etc. I was very impressed with the service and instructions they gave me.

I imagine that this company picks up business very soon (which will probably happen because the experience was so fun, and playing in an AC room is nice.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to analyze their swings. I look forward to returning. Will be back soon.

Very cool concept – like Top Golf meets WeWork. Had a coffee from the cafe which was very good. Will definitely be back to explore all amenities.

This is the coolest golf simulator I’ve been to personally yet. The amount of data you get in their sim can really level up your golf game fast. The environment is really modern and kinda reminds me of Vegas with the vibe. They have a really good early morning happy hour price and even a coffee shop inside. I hear they have beer on tap too, but I haven’t done that yet! The owner James is really cool/down to earth, also one of the staff members Darien is a senior on the golf team at UCI and has even give me a couple pointers which really helped my game. 👌 Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get serious about golf or even just go hit some balls with your friends. Much more social set up than a driving range!

Came here recently with my buddy Sebastian and friends. The facility itself is AWESOME. Beer prices exceed an actual golf course beer prices, which is crazy, but that’s a small price to pay for the technology.

Will DEFINITELY go again and just wish it was here when I used to live up the street!

Awesome place! I don’t golf but I love to watch and this place caters to both participants and spectators. Very clean, friendly and attentive staff and all in all, a good way to get out of the house. I highly recommend this business.

Great place! Big, I want to say 9 bays plus coffee, beer, places to sit and hang and a VIP area in back. Everyone was super friendly. Nice mix of very good golfers, not so good (me) and also kids were in a couple bays going at it.

I recently visited an indoor golf facility, and it’s an ideal environment for beginners to practice. The facility has professional instructors who provided guidance during my session. I opted for a VIP room for my family and kids, and it was a cozy space where we created happy memories together. I found the atmosphere very comfortable, and it allowed us to enjoy our time without any disturbances.

What I particularly liked is that there are TrackMan systems available in various areas. This technology tracks my performance data, giving me a visual representation of my progress. It adds an enjoyable and motivating element to the experience. The facility also offers delicious coffee and cookies, creating a pleasant ambiance. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend giving it a try – it’s definitely worth a visit

We had a great experience especially the customer service from James. He was able to accommodate our group that had special needs. The place was clean and net with wonderful hot, and cold food/drink options. Highly recommend!

Nice place to hang out with your golf buddies for indoor golf. Price is adequate, and everything is quite clean and new.
Even though you’re not a serious golfer, it’s worth to visit for their delicious coffee.

Was searching for indoor golf facilities due to the upcoming rainy forecast. Found Onyx Golf and came here with my son to check it out. Was blown away the second we stepped foot through the front door. The employee at the front counter did an amazing job of explaining the whole process and gave us a walk through showing us all of the different bays. We ended up signing up for a membership before even trying anything based on what we saw. While my son was signing up I was at the food area talking to the guy working there who was super cool and gave a great rundown of what kind of treats were available. We ended up ordering the chicken wings, pizza and waffle fries, all were absolutely great.

I’ve been driving by this spot on my way home for months eagerly anticipating its open and let me tell you, the wait was worth it. Johnathan, the owner has done an outstanding job with this place! The bays are large and accommodating, the ambiance is chill, and the cafe has great munchies and drinks to enjoy while you crush some balls. They use Trackman for the golf, allowing for the option to practice, course play on popular tracks around the world, and fun games for the kiddos. Bring your clean clubs and come check it out.
